Confidentiality/Privacy:
All information revealed or discussed during appointments attended by the interpreters from Professional Interpreting are assumed private and confidential.
Hourly Rates/Charges:
Current hourly rates depend on the language and specialization of the interpreter. Additional costs include mileage and parking. Outside the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area additional charges may apply for travel time, meals and lodging.
Minimum Charge:
A two-hour minimum applies for all on-site interpreting services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Appointments canceled within one business day of the scheduled time will be charged the full minimum fee.
